Q: Do you guys travel for weddings?
Of course! We love to travel and currently shoot most of our weddings across the North East (NY, NJ, PA, CT, NH, LI and etc). We are also available for destination weddings, passport in hand :-).
Q: What is required to book my date?
A 25% deposit and a signed wedding agreement is required. In case of cancellation, the deposit fee is non-refundable.
Q: How do we receive our digital images?
All of your digital images will be delivered in high resolution format on either a DVD or USB Flash Drive (your choice). In addition, all of your photos will be available via private online gallery where they can be shared and downloaded. Prints can also be purchased from this gallery as well.
Q: How long does it take to receive our pictures?
In order to make sure you receive the best quality photos, wedding pictures will be delivered approximately 8-12 weeks after the day of the event. For other events, portraits and headshots, you pictures will be delivered approximately 2-4 weeks from the day taken.
Q: What style of Wedding/Event photography are you?
We shoot a photo-journalistic style that captures each moment organically as they unfold. We love the the moments seen by everyone but also the unseen moments that are missed by most, but preserved in picture.
Q: Do you offer prints?
Yes we do! We can either provide you with a custom package that includes prints and/or prints can be purchase directly from your private online gallery that will be provide to you along with a DVD or USB flash drive. Also please note that all images provided to our clients come with print rights and images are print ready. This means you also have the option to have your pictures printed anywhere, not just through us.
Q: Do you bring back-up equipment with you to each job?
Yes we do! We do not like to leave anything to chance and always bring extra cameras, lenses, batteries, memory cards, flashes and other equipment we often use. You can set your mind at ease because we have all bases covered.
